Please note that each board from Ale's Charcuterie Boards is a unique, handcrafted work of art. Specific items may be substituted with similar alternatives, and fruits and vegetables may vary depending on the season.

Images displayed in our promotional materials and on our website are illustrative representations and do not guarantee exactly the same components in each order. Barkuterie boards are designed exclusively for canine consumption and must not be consumed by any other animals or humans under any circumstances.

Service Description

Ale’s Charcuterie Boards specializes in uniquely creating artistic charcuterie boards and other customized gourmet products, including fruit tables, vegetable trays, and charcuterie boxes. Our service is aimed at clients seeking an exclusive culinary experience for private, corporate events, and special occasions.

Ordering Process

Orders can be placed through our website or directly through our customer service team. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure availability on the desired date and time, especially for large-scale events. Advance Reservation: Orders over 4 feet must be placed at least two weeks in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. All payments are final and non-refundable.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you do so at least 8 days in advance for small events and at least 20 days for large-scale events. Cancellations within these periods will be eligible for an in-store credit that can be applied to future purchases no later than 6 months from the date of the contract. To cancel, please contact our team, and we will issue an in-store credit. Cancellations made outside of this period will not be eligible for credit or refund.

Freshness and Preservation

After delivery, products must be kept refrigerated until approximately 30 minutes before serving to ensure their freshness and optimal flavor. Ale’s Charcuterie Boards recommends consuming charcuterie boards within 24 to 48 hours after delivery.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

While we make every effort to accommodate requests to omit certain foods from our charcuterie boards, we cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for people with allergies, as they may be processed in facilities that also handle allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, and seafood. Ale’s Charcuterie Boards is not responsible for allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure awareness of restrictions and allergies before consumption.

Damage and Injury Indemnification

In the event of a claim or dispute related to breach of contract, negligence, or any other type of claim against Ale’s Charcuterie Boards, LLC, such dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida. The maximum compensation that the client may obtain will not exceed the total amount paid for the order, at the discretion of the arbitrator. Ale’s Charcuterie Boards, LLC will not be liable for damages exceeding the order price.

Responsibility for Post-Delivery Damage or Loss

Once the products are delivered, custody and risk of loss or damage pass to the client. Ale’s Charcuterie Boards, LLC assumes no responsibility for any deterioration, loss, or damage that occurs after the time of delivery, including damages to Ale’s Charcuterie equipment that may occur during the event. In the event of damage to equipment owned by Ale’s Charcuterie Boards, LLC, an additional charge will be applied to the client, equivalent to the market value of the damaged equipment. The client is obliged to take appropriate measures to ensure and protect the integrity of the product and equipment received.

Mobile Messaging Service Conditions and Privacy

The use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions (By consenting to the SMS/text messaging service of Artisan Eats, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Artisan Eats through your wireless service provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, promotions, special offers, and other marketing offers. The data provided by clients of Ale’s Charcuterie Boards, LLC, both in orders placed through our website and in direct communications with our staff, will be treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively for order management. Client contact information will be securely stored and may be used for communications related to updates and promotions of our company, unless the client requests removal from our databases. Ale’s Charcuterie Boards, LLC commits to not disclose or sell client information to third parties. Transactions made by credit cards will be processed using a secure and encrypted credit card processing system to protect the integrity and privacy of clients' financial data

Limitation of Liability
