All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 8 days in advance and we will be happy to issue a store credit for a later date. To cancel, please email us at alescharcuterieboards@gmail.com,(mailto:alescharcuterieboards@gmail.com) and we will issue a store credit. Orders canceled less than 7 days from the order date/time will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
While Ale’s Charcuterie Boards gladly accepts requests to omit certain foods from our products, we cannot guarantee that any of the products we serve are suitable for those with allergies, as they may be processed or prepared in facilities that also handle allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, and seafood. This affects both humans and animals. It is your responsibility to be aware of allergies and dietary requirements you and your animal may need.
