All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 8 days in advance and we will be happy to issue a store credit for a later date. Orders canceled less than 7 days from the order date/time will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.

Our delivery radius is 20 miles from Zephyrhills. If you are outside our delivery radius, please email us at alescharcuterieboards@gmail.com,(mailto:alescharcuterieboards@gmail.com,) and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. However, if you need your order for a specific time, please let us know in the notes section on the payment page and we will do our best to deliver your order on time.

Cheese and charcuterie boards are best served at room temperature. Ale's Charcuterie Boards recommends refrigerating the board until 30 minutes before the event.

Ale’s Charcuterie Boards suggests serving the cheese and charcuterie board within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. As an additional benefit, all orders include a packet of crackers as an accompaniment.

While Ale’s Charcuterie Boards gladly accepts requests to omit certain foods from our products, we cannot guarantee that any of the products we serve are suitable for those with allergies, as they may be processed or prepared in facilities that also handle allergens such as nuts, wheat, dairy, and seafood.
